Vegetation Management

Vegetation Management is a special program set up by the city council to reduce the chance of wild fires. Its services include maintenance of paved roads and city-owned land, the creation of buffer zones along ridge lines and the establishment of fuel breaks. The program also removes dead oak trees that may present a fire hazard. Furthermore, it maintains a special hotline that is available day or night if you have any questions. Vegetation Management is located inside the fire department on Hamilton Drive.
