Mill Valley Police Department

Founded in 1900, the Mill Valley Police Department is the city's law enforcement and public safety agency. Interim Chief Angel Bernal oversees 21 sworn personnel, including one captain, five sergeants, two detectives, four corporals and eight patrol officers. Other staff includes two parking enforcement officers, one community service officer, three administrative clerks, two reserve officers and one volunteer.
