Mill Valley Real Estate Update: Third week of October


The third week of October was another terrific week in real estate for Mill Valley. Activity was strong in all price points with a flurry of activity occurring in our condo market (price point: under one million). It’s interesting to note that statistics for the third week in September were comparable to the third week of October, showing an overall consistency in our general market. Noted differences were more sales occurring over one million, as well as the increased condo activity. Original list price % to sale price continues to hit the 100% mark and Days on Market have been relatively short, keeping our market moving forward.

The average Days on Market for Sold properties is 45. The average Sale Price % to the Original List Price is 97%.
