Mill Valley Real Estate Update: First week of November


Our real estate market has continued to show enthusiasm as we’ve moved into the first week of November. Compared to the first week of October, there has been a slight increase in activity across the board. This is terrific news! It shows that both buyers and sellers are coming together to solidify agreements before the end of the year. Days on Market are still low for the season, and sales price percent to original list price is still hovering close to the 100 percent mark. Of course the weeks around the holidays will divert our attention to other important things in our lives, like friends and family, but I expect that the real estate market will stay connected, overall, through November and December.
