8:30am-9:45am


Breathe-Based Yoga Flow.  If you can breathe, you can do this Yoga.  See how Yoga can improve your strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and breathing.  Heidi encourages you to move at your own pace, and adapt postures to your own body.  All levels welcome.  Bring mats and props.
