LOLA Ladies Run Training Program
The Team LOLA Ladies program is a noncompetitive team offering structure, camaraderie and support while training. During the program, Team LOLA learns together, trains together and races together. LOLA Ladies train to participate in 5ks/10ks and a 1/2 Marathon that takes place during the 13 week season. YOU are the CAUSE...no fundraising, just fitness, friends & fun! Take care of YOUR health this year! This is a 13 week program that includes 7 coached group workouts per week.
