LOLA Ladies Fall Training Program Begins
Need a new goal this fall? Looking to mix it up? Time for you? The LOLA Ladies program is a noncompetitive team offering structure, camaraderie and fun while training. Those interested will train to complete a 5k, 10k or 1/2 Marathon that takes place at the end of the program. Don't want to race, no problem...just enjoy the community of women to workout with each week. Run or Walk! YOU are the CAUSE...no fund-raising. Now is the time to take care of your health! This 12 week program includes running, walking, crosstraining and full body conditioning with a total of 8 workouts each week. Come to as many as you would like!
