Get your urban hike on and train with new friends for the Title Nine T9K Run/Walk on Sept 16th - or just enjoy the great steps in Mill Valley.

Come to all 10 hikes and receive a free entry to the T9K event.  These are no-drop hikes designed for women who want to get a little exercise and explore the paths, lanes, steps and trails we are blessed to have in Mill Valley.

You do not have to be super-fit to partipate.  All you need are comfy shoes, water, and a smile.
