So you want to start running, improve your running or avoid injury?

Start off on the right foot and join the thousands of runners worldwide who, for the last 10 years, have been able to run farther, faster and avoid injury with the Chi Running technique.

Learn 5 key elements of good running form that lead to effortless, injury-free running and discover how a mindful and core-based approach to running can help you feel energized to run farther and faster.   Through discussion, demonstrations and exercises you'll have the opportunity to learn and experience how to use posture, core muscles and relaxation for strength and power instead of your legs.  The class starts indoors and will conclude with a short run for anyone who wishes to apply what they learn.  The class is taught by Hazel Wood, a Certified Chi Running Instructor.  A runner for over 30 years and competitor in all distances from 1 mile to 50 miles, Hazel has not been injured since learning Chi Running  in 2002.
