Middle School Cabaret Does It All
From Broadway musicals to vaudeville, students run the gamut in a spectacular trio of performances of music, singing and dancing that kick off Friday night.
students took a trip to Broadway on Wednesday morning, running through such legendary musicals as The Lion King, West Side Store, Annie and a bevy of others.
But while a packed house of students enjoyed the performances, the show was in their own backyard, as more than 120 of their classmates put on a spectacular show of music, singing and dancing entitled Life is a Cabaret.
The performance was a school assembly in anticipation of opening night Friday with a pair of shows to follow pn Saturday. Performances are Friday and Saturday night at 8 p.m. with a Saturday matinee at 1 p.m. at the middle school.
