'Safe and Sober' Grad Night Planned at MV Community Center

Tamalpais High School Grad Night is planned for Thursday.

The following is a news release from the city of Mill Valley:

The most fun event of your senior's high school experience is just around the corner -- grad night.  On June 12, 2014 from 10:30 pm to 5:00 am, the Mill Valley Community Center will provide a festive, fun and safe place for the seniors to celebrate their accomplishment.

Tam High seniors get to take over the Community Center for an entire night of fun activities, ranging from swimming, dancing and sports to spa treatments, or just hanging out with all of their friends.

Safe and Sober Grad Night has been a huge success over the years and boasts almost full participation of the Tam senior class.  The kids have a great time and the parents do not have to worry about whether or not their senior is celebrating safely.  All seniors are invited to this party and the event is completely dependent on parent and community donations.  The approximate cost per student is $150.

This party has become THE place to be for seniors on grad night!  There is still time to donate, enroll or become a volunteer for the Safe and SoberGrad Night 2014.

The Mill Valley Police Department offers congratulations to the graduating seniors and wishes all a safe and sober night.
