Write of Passage: Into the Mind's Eye

Long-term students and teachers of Gabrielle Roth's 5Rhythms moving meditation practice, Kathy Altman and Lori Saltzman co-founded The Moving Center School in 1987. Today, the Mill Valley, California school offers classes, workshops, intensives, and private movement sessions to approximately 400-600 students a week. The school has become an international destination for students wanting to immerse themselves in the healing power of mindful movement in community with others.

From September 17 - 19, Lori Saltzman will be offering the third of the three maps of the 5Rhythms practice, Write of Passage: Into the Mind's Eye. Whether you love to write or freeze at the very thought, Write of Passage allows you to dip your pen into an infinite well.
