Travel Lecture: Cooking with Italian Grandmothers

Jessica Theroux, Culinary Curator at the Montalvo Arts Center and a freelance chef at Boulettes Larder, will share stories from her year traveling throughout Italy, cooking and talking with Italian grandmothers. Over the course of a year, 12 Italian grandmothers taught her about the relationship between slow food and culture. Jessica will also show one of her short films and read from her book, Cooking with Italian Grandmothers.
