Mrs. T’s Mill Valley Beautification Day

Have you made plans for Earth Day yet? Join community groups, businesses and residents in beautification projects all over Mill Valley! Volunteers are needed to polish our gem of a city in recognition of Earth Day 2012. You can help make Mill Valley both clean and green by participating in litter brigades and beautification projects at area parks, schools, and designated locations around town.

Participating groups include: Bloomathon, Mill Valley Rotary, Mill Valley StreamKeepers, Girl Scouts, Neighborhood Associations, local schools, and more!

Clean-up Projects: Approx 9:00 am - 12:00 noon

There are several ways to participate:

Simple and Easy - Walk out your front door and do a litter brigade around your neighborhood!  Or adopt a favorite park and clean it up!  Or drop in at the Plaza from 9:00 am - noon to help beautify downtown!

Volunteer Your Group/Business - Are you part of a group that would like to participate?  Contact us today to set up a location for cleanup and to learn more information.

Organize Your Neighborhood - Contact your neighbors to do a neighborhood cleanup.  Contact us for ideas on how to organize a clean-up in your neighborhood.

Join a Group - There are several established groups that are doing clean-ups this year.  Contact us and we will provide you with more information on how to join up with one of these groups.
