August Intensive with Gabrielle Roth

Long-term students and teachers of Gabrielle Roth's 5Rhythms moving meditation practice, Kathy Altman and Lori Saltzman co-founded The Moving Center School in 1987. Today, the Mill Valley, California school offers classes, workshops, intensives, and private movement sessions to approximately 400-600 students a week. The school has become an international destination for students wanting to immerse themselves in the healing power of mindful movement in community with others.

From the 15th to the 21st the school is hosting the 10th Annual August Intensive with Gabrielle Roth. This year's workshop is open to students of the 5Rhythms at all levels of experience, and promises to be both a joyful gathering and a rich excursion into Gabrielle's new teachings. This will be one of the only opportunities to study with Gabrielle in 2010. This program will sell out, so be sure to register early on the Moving Center School website.
