Get on the Pothole Patrol

Mill Valley didn't fare too well in the Metropolitan Transportation Commission's recent report on the state of Bay Area roads. So where are the worst pothole and the worst streets in town?

The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) released a report on the state of Bay Area roads last month, and in the bottom half of the “Fair” category with a pavement condition index score of 61 (out of 100) in 2010.

That was below the Bay Area average of 66 and just one point above “the 60-point threshold at which deterioration accelerates rapidly and the need for major rehabilitation becomes much more likely,” according to the report.

That got us thinking. There are certainly streets that stand out as most in need of repair work, but you know your neighborhood better than we do. So where are thw worst potholes in Mill Valley? What streets are in the worst condition?
