Save Steelhead in Mill Valley, Public Hearing

Mill Valley StreamKeepers, represented by attorney Michael Graf, are appealing the planning commission approval of a categorical exemption under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for a large commercial building at 15 La Goma. The project is being contested for not complying with CEQA  where there are known toxic soils and potential adverse impacts to federally listed threatened Steelhead salmon/trout in the creek at the proposed project site. The Mill Valley Steelhead have declined 95% since records have been available.

Make your voice heard or come and learn what is going on to protect and save our legacy salmon in your neighborhood. All are welcome.
