Depot Parking Lot Closure, Sewer Work on Bernard, Water Main Installation on Rose: Heads up for Traffic Congestion this Week
Several road closures around Mill Valley this week. Here is a list and map to help you navigate your way through town more easily.
The City of Mill Valley is working on improvements throughout town. Be on the lookout for these road and parking lot closures throughout Mill Valley this week.
Depot Parking Lot - Tuesday, September 17, 2013:
From 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., the Depot parking lot, located between Sunnyside/Miller and Throckmorton, will be closed while contractors re-stripe the lot.
ROAD CLOSURES:
Bernard Street- Monday, September 16, 2013:
From 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the road will be closed at Bayview to Throckmorton for sewer lateral work.
195 & 215 Marlin Drive - Monday, September 16, 2013:
From 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the road will be closed for a concrete pour.
187 - 223 Molino Avenue - Monday, September 16, 2013:
From 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the road will be closed at Bayview to Throckmorton for sewer line and manhole installation.

From 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the road will be closed for water main installation by MMWD.
409 Summit Ave - Tuesday, September 17, 2013:
From 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the road will be closed for tree removal.

From 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the road will be closed for water main installation by MMWD.
375- 404 Rose Avenue - Thursday, September 19, 2013:
From 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the road will be closed for water main installation by MMWD.
404 - 412 Rose Avenue - Friday, September 20, 2013:
From 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the road will be closed for water main installation by MMWD.
70 Bolsa Avenue - Monday and Tuesday, September 16 and 17, 2013: DATE CHANGED TO THURS & FRI 9/19 & 9/20, 2013:
From 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the road will be closed at 70 Bolsa for sewer line and manhole installation.
Cascade Drive - Friday, September 20 through Sunday, September 22, 2013:
From Friday, 3:30 p.m. until Sunday, 6:00 p.m., Cascade Drive will be closed between Throckmorton Avenue and Molino Avenue (Old Mill Park) for the 57th Annual Fall Arts Festival.
LANE CLOSURE:
41 Lovell Avenue - Monday, September 16 through Friday, September 20, 2013:
From 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., expect a lane closure at 41 Lovell for underground utility work by PG&E. Please watch for signage and cones marking lane changes.
Throckmorton Avenue - Friday, September 20, 2013:
From 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., the road will be closed between Eugene and Josephine eastbound for electrical system – upgrading by PGE.
