Update: The road is clear, and everything is back open.
The following is an announcement from the city of Mill Valley:
The Mill Valley Police Department would like to advise drivers of severe traffic on Camino Alto and East Blithedale avenue due to a debris issue (nail spill) on Northbound 101.
The northbound onramp to Highway 101 at Blithedale Avenue/Tiburon Boulevard has been closed.
California Highway Patrol has also closed the No. 3 and 4 lanes of the highway to pick up the debris. A streetsweeper is en route and CHP and CalTrans are on the scene.
