Police Blotter: July 19-25

A grimacing neighbor, an unsolicited carpet cleaning and a mustachioed man giving off a weird vibe highlight this week's police calls. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

6:47 p.m. – A resident of Lomita Dr. reported that parents rushing to pick up their children at camp in the area are driving recklessly in the area between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. every night.
