Affordable Nannies for the 2014-2015 School Year

When it comes to your childcare needs, I'm of the belief that you can never start too early to get your 'ducks' in a row for the upcoming school year, because it is almost upon us, am I right?  With so many options out there, how do you find the best fit for your family.  Good question, huh?

Au Pair childcare is the one childcare solution offering busy families the most 'bang' for your dollar.  Let me illustrate:

* Live-in convenience factor (priceless).  Less crazy mornings, more relaxed evenings.  Built-in coverage for sick days or school holidays.
* Standard Program offers up to 45 hours/week of coverage and 10/hours a day.
* Program comes with health insurance for your Au Pair, a built-in buddy system for your Au Pair within his/her local group, on-going support from your local support for both you and your Au Pair.  Activities and events for your Au Pair to engage.
* Big brother/sister- part of the family.
* It is known that hundreds of young adults from around the world seek to experience American culture and customs via the exchange program, thus, Au Pairs tend to be more motivated than their US counterparts (not a myth, but something you really do find across the board).  They take their jobs very seriously.
* Cost averages to a little less than $10/hour while performing childcare and childcare related tasks and duties: laundry, cleaning of children's areas, food prep/clean-up, etc.

How to know if the agency you are working with is right for you?  Go Au Pair has been matching host families with Au Pairs for 25 years and consistently rated the #1 agency in the country by AP Clearinghouse for higher over-all satisfaction for quality of Au Pairs, best customer service, best matching service and best driving and English skills.  During a recent orientation, a new host family who switched to our agency, looked at his Au Pair when she was questioning his last Au Pair's agency and he said with a smile on his face, 'no, we switched agencies; we traded-up'.  He has also told me that our Au Pair applications and quality of  our Au Pairs are bar none to the other agencies he has worked with in the past (this is due to our excellent staff and our traveling to international conferences and working closely with our international representatives to only offer the highest quality Au Pairs in the industry).
