It's Jan. 2 and you still haven't broken your New Year's resolution? Congratulations.

I made this last night--one cup coconut water, one cup frozen berries. Blend. Fast, easy, delicious!

How about a roasted cauliflower----so easy. Cut up cauliflower toss with lemon, garlic and a bit of olive oil and roast at 400 for about 25 minutes. Finish it with some sea salt, ground pepper and a hit of Parmesan cheese.

One of my favorite healthy condiments is homemade yogurt sauce: whip up some plain, non-fat yogurt with a fork, add some minced garlic and salt, and put on top of anything. Fantastic on lentils, vegetables, etc.
