Thank you Patch for doing an excellent job here in Mill Valley, and I think that you are doing the best that you possibly can. Nobody should expect any editor to know all about Mill Valley, especially since they did not grow up here and may not even live here now. What the M.V. Patch has done was to allow some of us long time locals to share our rich history (both documented and secret) in a forum which would not exist if it were not for all the good work of the editors here at Patch. As always, there is always room for improvement, but that will come in time if need be. For now, I give the M.V. Patch an A++. For years, I have wanted to share my observations, opinions and beliefs before the internet evolved. And some outlets on the internet can be very testy, with personal attacks, mockery, false impersonations and general uptightness with some posters who can't stand when some people tell the truth. They think that that can play moderators by bullying other posters who post things that they don't want the public to know about. This has been the case of many other local forums here in Marin. Thank goodness for the Patch, they don't allow those negative games to be played here. There are many newcomers to Mill Valley who might like to hear about the history of the city, which I think is a beautiful place on Earth. Mahalo
