rip off from value point distribution

ordered a hot tub from value point distribution Dec 2 2013 and still have not received it I have done every thing  but they keep giving me excuses  very unhappy customer .don't let them rip off any one else.  jwhitney

Might have been better off buying from a locally owned shop and seeing the tub first, with local delivery by people you have met! I would never buy a hottub online! http://www.telli.com/marin/listings/43921

cancel the order right away and get your money back from your credit card company, mine showed up 4 months late without the promised extras and never worked right - blows the 50 GFI breaker so the heater wont stay on. Been almost 1 year now never used it and they are ignoring my requests now that Citibank has allowed the charges to be put back on my card ( I didn't return the merchandise) . the biggest bunch of liars and thieves I have ever seen
