Overflowing public trash cans in Mill Valley

Has anybody noticed a bunch of overflowing public trash cans around MV lately? Are the city work crews cutting back on clean-up? It is making a mess of our town and making clean-up even more difficult! I've noticed overflowing ones at the Railroad Grade trailhead and Old Mill Park this past week.
