I'm wondering if anything can be done to empty the trash cans downtown more frequently?  They always seem to be overflowing!  I've noticed lots of trash on the streets.  When my husband and I are out walking, we pick up as much as we can.....but it would be nice if downtown looked cleaner!  Thanks!!1
