~ HOLIDAY Gourmet Halloween Sweets Tour in the Ferry Building, 11am and 2pm.  A special tour just for kids with 9 different gourmet sweets stops, from pumpkin whoopie pies to organic Halloween cupcakes.  Tickets must be purchased in advance and are $38 per child, $5 per participating adult.

~ HOLIDAY Yerba Buena Halloween Costume Walk, 12:00-1:30pm, featuring interactive performances and games for kids. Hosted by the Unique Derique, and featuring live music by Venezuelan Music Project and special guest Chiqui Boom, we invite children under ten and their adults to parade in their Halloween finery! Children’s Garden.

~ MUSIC Charity and the JAMband, Costume Parade at Concert Finale, 3:30pm.

~ PERFORMANCE Children’s Fairyland, Owen Baker Flynn with his “World Premiere”, a lively show featuring juggling, fire eating and a multitude of surprises. 10:30am, Puss in Boots. What’s a kitten to do when the dogs bully her? Momma cat responds by telling the classic story of how a loyal cat with a taste for good footwear takes her human friend from rags to riches. Words and music by Tony Jonick. 10:30am, The Five Heads. A magical bird that can make milk, an enchanted snake that can morph into human form, and a laughing forest are only some of the wonders in the fairytale world of this African Cinderella story. 11:30am, Oakland.

~ THEATRE Hansel and Gretel, 2pm, Halloween costume parade at 1:30 pm prior to the matinee. Showcase Theater, San Rafael. Adults – $45 / $35, Children 15 and under – $15.
