Tam Union District Board Supports Prop. 30

At its Oct. 24 board meeting, the Tamalpais Union District's Board of Trustees adopted a resolution in support of Proposition 30: Schools & Local Public Safety Protection Act.
Public school districts have made millions of dollars in cuts in order to stay solvent during these difficult financial times, and California's public schools now rank 47 out of 50 states in per-pupil spending. This proposition will provide much needed revenue to public schools throughout California.
