Things are bustling around the Tam District! To whet your appetite, we have some fabulous photos from Tamalpais High School's upcoming CTE production of The School for Scandal which plays October 25-29 at 7 p.m.

The play is a late Restoration comedy written in 1777 by Richard Brinsley Sheridan and is directed by Joe Lucas (CTE guest artist) who attended both Tam and Drake, followed by College of Marin and Juilliard! The production includes 15 10th-12th grade actors and is fully student-designed and student-stage managed.

CTE's next project will be Middletown, directed by CTE alum Gus Heagerty, and runs November 30 through December 4. This play is a contemporary comedy-drama inspired by Our Town. The director, Gus Heagerty, graduated from North Carolina School of the Arts.  After graduation, he had directing fellowships at the Kennedy Center and Shakespeare Theatre Company in Washington D.C.
