Nice garage, I like the lattice trellis. I am amazed the HOA approved it though, it doesn't conform to the norm. I might even do something like that someday, but I don't answer to a HOA !, I do whatever I want to !

a less condescending way to put it would have been 'least expensive homes' if any normal person spent over 600K they would not want to be seen as buying a 'cheap' house.

Henry, It is not a "cheap" house !, it is a condo. This is not a case of false advertizing, it is a home (condo-apartment), not a house. Mighty huge difference there.
