Free Food and National Parks Today

Several local restaurants are offering free meals for military today.

Today is Veterans Day, so with the kids out of school, you may be looking for some fun activities and/or some ways to honor the men and women who serve our country.

Participating parks include Muir Woods and Yosemite Park, where it regularly costs $20 per car to enter.

Free Meals on Veteran's Day

And after all this weekend fun, you might be just a bit hungry and not in the mood to cook. If you've served in the military, visit a participating restaurant for a free meal on Veterans Day. (Call ahead to confirm participation and must show proof of service.)
