Celebrate Pilgrimage With Copita Tequileria y Comida's Specials Holiday Menu

Copita Tequileria y Comida, a modern Mexican restaurant and tequila bar located in the heart of downtown Sausalito, announce their special traditional Mexican Christmas menu created in honor of Las Posadas.

Beginning December 16 through Christmas Eve, Maestra de Cocina Joanne Weir and Executive Chef Gonzalo Rivera are proud to present their unique, festive dish and rotating cocktail on each of the nine nights, in addition to their 100% gluten-free dinner menu.

The four hundred year-old Mexican tradition, which translates to “The Pilgrimage”, is a nine-day celebration commemorating Mary’s nine months of pregnancy with Jesus, and is largely recognized as the beginning of Christmas festivities in Mexico.
