Join the League of Women Voters for our Fall Kick-Off

Our state, local government and economy are in desperate straits. Fred Silva will be our guest speaker addressing governance issues raised by a number of upcoming November ballot measures. Silva is senior fiscal policy advisor to California Forward. Having spent 40 years in the development of public policy in state and local government, Fred is an expert in state and local finance, government operations, and the history of the state and local fiscal relationship in California.

The LWVMC Fall Kick-Off is our annual free event public participation encouraged. Please join us at the Marin Art and Garden Center, 5:00 PM Thursday September 16, 2010. The Marin Art and Garden Center is Located in Ross.
