Four-Pack of Pitchers Join California Warriors for 2013 Summer Season

The California Warriors have signed a 4-pack of pitchers for 2013 summer season. The Warriors will be competing in the Far West League, and are beginning to compile their roster.

Trevin Haseltine is a RHP Senior at Will C Wood High School, who will be attending UCB next year. The 6’4’’ righty is a standout recruit for the Golden Bears. Trevin has a dominant fastball that has been clocked at 94 MPH, and was a standout on the summer showcase circuit and a member of the Northern California Area Code team in 2012. Sam Granoff is a LHP Senior from Naples High School, FL, who will be attending University of San Francisco in 2013. The 6’5’’ lefty has a dynamic 3-pitch mix, and at Naples High, Granoff led his team in IP, Wins, and Strikeouts.

Alex Fernandez is a LHP/OF from Napa Valley College. He has been a part of the Warriors Program since 2008. Last year, he was 4-1, with a 1.11 ERA over 36 innings of work. Alex will see time on the mound, as well as in the outfield this summer. The 6’1’’ lefty will be an important part of the Napa Valley College rotation this year. Kenny Rosenberg is a LHP Senior from Tamalpais High School. The 6’1’’ lefty was part of the Warriors in 2012, and currently being recruited by multiple teams on the West Coast. Last year, Rosenberg struck out 37 batters in 20 innings, while mainly being used as his team’s closer.
