Winemaker Dinner at Tiburon Tavern
Enjoy a Winemaker Dinner at Tiburon Tavern with Winemaker Matt Smith on Wednesday, December 11, 2013. Indulge in a selection of entrees, each dish thoughtfully paired with an exquisite wine: Smoked Trout and Shaved Apple Salad with 2012 Vintner’s Reserve Sauvignon Blanc, Sunchoke Soup with 2011 Grand Reserve Chardonnay, Seared Diver Dayboat Scallop with 2012 Vintner’s Reserve Pinot Noir, Duo of Venison with 2010 Grand Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, and Buttermilk Panna Cotta with 2011 Vintner’s Reserve Riesling.
