Who am I today? What is surrounding me: the world I live in, the people I live with? Where do I stand in relationship to it all? This guided, exploratory class ignites and documents your personal creativity in a single afternoon. Through a series of questions and journal writing, physical theater exercises, found-object nature walk, and the deconstruction of a single cardboard box, we will have gathered a more precise sense of being "here." By the end of the day, we will have a monologue that came from a direct experience of ourselves throughout the day, a found-object sculpture, and will share these with the group.
