Trusting the Wise Girl Within for 5th-7th Graders with PATRICIA LUTKE

Every other Friday, April 4 - May 16. Each session: $20, $16 OHCA Family* members. Your daughter is invited to attend the "Trusting the Wise Girl Within" after school course for 5th-7th graders. These classes will provide your child with the opportunity to learn key social emotional skills to assist her in navigating Middle School from an empowered, inner stance. We will engage in fun, interactive activities, such as rock painting personal values, role playing friend scenarios, creating me collages, and other artistic expression. Your daughter will learn conflict resolution skills, how to deal with emotions in positive ways, healthy social media guidelines, victim & blames vs. taking responsibility, and many other skills to empower her and increase her confidence.
