Singers Marin Seeking Male Singers for the Holidays

If you love jazz and gospel, and singing along with a jazz combo, you’ll enjoy being part of the flavor of Singers Marin’s holiday concert this year at the Marin Center Veterans’ Memorial Auditorium on Dec. 22.  “Tis the Season…Celebrating Traditions” will highlight some new arrangements of some seasonal favorites, including the Hallelujah Chorus from Handel’s “Messiah, with a soulful twist.  No audition necessary, but a background in singing harmony is expected.    Rehearsals begin Tuesday evening, Oct. 15, 8:00 PM at the Community Congregational Church in Tiburon, 145 Rock Hill Dr.  Register online for Holiday Singers at www.singersmarin.org.  Men under 35 years of age are eligible for a discount.  For more information: call 383-3712 or email singers@singersmarin.org;
