The class is set to energizing music and is designed to tone and sculpt your body while boosting your metabolism; it will take your strength and flexibility to a whole new level.
Running burns more calories per minute then any other form of cardiovascular exercise, while yoga helps to keep the muscles long and makes your body more flexible and stable. Adding a little weight training to a power vinyasa sequence adds resistance and intensifies each pose, increasing your lean body mass and therefore increasing your metabolism. Incorporating these three elements of cardio, strength training and asana is a great balance in training and will step up your physical fitness.
