Set to music, this course better prepares the expectant mother and slenderizes the post partum mother. Luray offers a complete body workout along with special emphasis toward the body parts affected in the childbearing period- the abdomen, back, pelvis, and thighs. Come see what all the fit moms are talking about!

Luray Eshelman brings her professional experience in Lamaze. teaching, physical therapy, fitness, and dance to create a class that allows for individual attention within a group framework of safe, proper exercising. The class combines warm up, stretching, and strengthening movements with gentle, non-impact aerobic-type exercise, breathing, relaxation, and cool down exercise.

Students will gain strength, flexibility, stamina and control of their changing bodies. Participation can help alleviate common discomforts and help towards an easier pregnancy, labor, and return to pre-pregnancy state. Women may begin class 2 weeks after vaginal birth and 4-6 weeks after a Caesarean birth.

**You do not need to be pregnant or with child to take class. Special arrangements can be made if you speak with Luray.
