Mill Valley Philharmonic presents the second concert series of its 13th season with Beethoven’s Symphony No. 3, the revolutionary work of art that forever changed the symphonic world.  MVP offers Samuel Barber’s award-winning work, The School for Scandal Overture, and Boccherini’s Cello Concerto in Bb with soloist Robert Howard.
