Friday April 18th, 10-11a244 Shoreline Highway, Mill Valley
Join us for a special tasting of a lovely coffee from Democratic Republic of Congo. The members of the co-op are committed to producing high quality coffee and have renovated their land, improved coffee nurseries and built central washing stations in order to accomplish their goals. We find this coffee to have flavors of crisp apple and candied citrus peel combined with honey, marshmallow and caramel-like sweetness.
