Coffee Tasting -- What's an AeroPress?

Join Equator for a free coffee tasting at our Mill Valley coffee bar, located inside Proof Lab Surf Shop at Tam Junction. We will be tasting between 10:00 AM and Noon. 

This week we will be featuring a new coffee: Colombia Las Margaritas Honey Bourbon. This Bourbon variety coffee is grown on Las Margaritas farm and is processed by the unusual (for Colombia) Honey method, where the fruit mucilage is left on the bean to dry, resulting in a very sweet cup.

We will be brewing this coffee on the AeroPress. An easy-to-use single cup full immersion coffee brewer that incorporates elements of French press brewing.
