Achilles Wheel & The Beautiful Losers

Achilles Wheel is a high energy Roots and World music/Rock and Roll band from Northern California, featuring award winning songwriting played on numerous stringed instruments and more drums than you can shake a stick at. In the wake of their breakout performance at the 2012 Kate Wolf Music Festival, the band has been burning up stages all across California. Recently Achilles Wheel was a finalist with their song ‘Got A Tattoo’ in the ‘Race to TRI’ song contest sponsored by Bob Weir's TRI Studios.

The music of The Beautiful Losers draws influence from a wide range of iconic rock artists, including The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, The Eagles, U2, and Nirvana to the more modern Coldplay, Nittin Sawhney, and Radiohead. But, it’s the diverse and innovative ethnic musical influences that define and set the band apart from the status quo.
