MILLEY AWARDS CALLS FOR NOMINATIONS

 (Mill Valley, CA
February 13, 2014) Nominations are being accepted now for the 20th
Anniversary Milley Awards for outstanding creative achievement in the arts.
Nominees must have a significant Mill Valley connection. They must have lived
or worked in the community, have received their education there, or some other
strong tie. They must be distinguished in one or more of the arts – visual,
musical, cinematic, dramatic, performing, literary – and demonstrate an
important body of work and/or contributions to the arts community in Mill
Valley.

 Nomination forms are
required and available at Mill Valley City Hall, Mill Valley Library, Mill
Valley Community Center, Depot Bookstore and Café, Marin Theater Company, Mill
Valley Music, the O’Hanlon Center for the Arts, and other arts-related
locations. They are also available from the Milleys website at www.milleyawards.org. Nominations must be received by 5
p.m. April 17, 2014, at Mill Valley City Hall, 26 Corte Madera Avenue, Mill
Valley CA 94941. When City Hall is closed, leave nominations in mail slot on
door.
