Four Candidates, Two Spots: Watch the Video Debate of Mill Valley City Council Hopefuls

Hosted by the League of Women Voters of Marin County, the four Mill Valley City Council candidates debate strategies for reform, street-scape, preservation, and the future.

Elections are just around the corner, and the League of Women Voters of Marin County (LWVMC) want to give residents the opportunity to watch debates at their own convenience.  

The LWVMC has created one-hour videos available online and cable television for council and school district elections including:

  • Mill Valley
  • San Rafael
  • Novato
  • Corte Madera
  • Larkspur
  • College of Marin
  • Novato School District
  • Larkspur/Corte Madera
  • Tam High
  • Las Gallinas Valley Sanitary District
"This is a golden opportunity [for voters] to watch the debates, at their own convenience," said Anne Layzer, Voter Service Coordinator, "[They] can watch the debates more than once and send the links to their family, neighbors, colleagues, and friends."

Important voting dates to remember:
  • October 7 is the first day for early voting in Room 121 in the Civic Center.
  • October 22 is the last day to register to vote or to reregister if the voter as moved since last voting.
  • October 28 is the last day to request a vote-by-mail ballot.
  • Election Day is November 5.
