Horse Hill Tour Rolls Out Sunday

Free guided horseback tour will feature beautiful views and discussion of the importance of land conservation.

Marin County Open Space District ranger Karen Kilian and volunteer guide Robert Eisenstaedt will lead a free guided horseback tour of Horse Hill Preserve Sunday from 9:30am to noon.

The tour will feature beautiful views and discussion of the natural environment and the importance of land conservation. The tour will also cross some paved roads.

Horse Hill is the only remaining large horse pasture in Marin. The hill, perched along Highway 101, includes 14 horses and is now protected open space through the City of Mill Valley and the Marin County Open Space District.
