Friday:

Join the Marin County Bicycle Coalition on Earth Day, Friday, for a bike ride to celebrate the late Supervisor Charles McGlashan's life of accomplishments. Charles was a heroic environmentalist and an avid bicyclist. We'll meet on Friday, on the lawn in front of the post office on North San Pedro Road near the Civic Center and head south on bicycle Route 5, making stops along the way to talk about Charles' work on SMART, the Cal Park Tunnel, the Pilot Program and the Alto Tunnel. The ride will end at Wilderness Travel Bike's Mill Valley office at 475 Miller Avenue for refreshments and reflections. Please wear helmets for the ride.
