Homestead Valley Gets Its Groove On
Residents flock to Homestead Valley Music Festival for a diverse quartet of musical acts, food, fun, fantastic weather and even some face painting.
Local residents flocked to the meadow at the . The event featured four Bay Area bands so diverse that there were sonic treats for almost anyone. Oakland Interfaith Choir, Forest Sun, Muddy Roses and the Monophonics rocked the crowd all afternoon, while attendees dove into plenty of food drink, crafts, games and even some face-painting.
