Fall Arts Fest Extends Entry Deadline

Annual event draws thousands to Old Mill Park in September to check out art from more than 130 artists.

Artists who missed Monday's application deadline for a spot in the ever-popular Mill Valley Fall Arts Festival this fall are in luck. Festival organizers have extended the application deadline to next Monday, April 25, hoping to lure those procrastinating artists that want to show their wares in Old Mill Park.

Last year's event was one of the most popular in years, drawing close to 10,000 people over the weekend to see artwork from nearly 140 artists in the cool Redwood grove of Old Mill Park.

The Festival committee uses Zapplication for the application process, and applications are available here. If anyone needs assistance in applying, please contact Sarah Shriver at sarah@sarahshriver.com or call 415-381-8090.
The festival committee has assembled a panel of six highly qualified local jurors who will select the work of over 130 fine artists to participate in this year's show. Jurying will take place in late April and applicants will be notified by May 10th.
